My Mom developed Alzheimer’s a few years ago. Since I lived the closest to her, I became her caregiver. We sold her house and moved her in with me, my husband and pets.

So while working full time, I needed help during the day with her. I discovered about five miles from my work there is an adult daycare that offered meals and personal care. This worked out great! I drop her off on the way to my work, and pick her up on the way home – similar to childcare. 

I am very blessed and know there are a lot of people in the same boat without needed resources available.
